What materials are used to ensure the quality of your furniture?
Our furniture frames are crafted with lightweight, maintenance-free, aluminium. This is rust proof and comes with a 5 year frame warranty. Both seat pads and scatter cushions are manufactured with a waterproof and UV-resistant polyester fabric, resistant to Level 5 UV resistance (ISO105 B06 standard), which is perfect for outdoor furnishing. The material used IS Fire resistant (UK FR) providing further piece of mind due to its quality. Synthetic rattan is more lightweight and can stand the test of time against all weather conditions when compared to natural rattan. This makes for a corner garden furniture set that is extremely easy to clean and manage, especially through the tougher seasons of British weather.  
Can my furniture be left outside?
Only the Framework. As part of the manufacturing process when creating our aluminium furniture, we use thermosetting polymer which ensures the aluminium can withstand very cool or very hot temperatures, which means your furniture can be used outside all year round. Our seat pads and scatter cushions are Shower & UV-resistant, we would advise taking these inside or using a waterproof garden furniture cover to protect them from the rain.  
How should I look after my furniture?
All seat covers and cushion covers are Fire resistant, UV-resistant and water-repellent. However, should another substance such as grease or dirt come into contact with the material, clean it as quickly as possible with warm water and mild soap, or rinse off with lukewarm water. Both seat cushion covers, and scatter cushion covers are removable and machine washable. We advise washing at 30 degrees. We recommend cleaning the rattan and aluminium using a damp cloth or gently rinsing it with a hose. Your furniture collection will arrive with cleaning instructions.  
What are your delivery options?
We’re delighted to offer a diamond, two-person delivery service with orders over £2,000 completely free of charge. Or for orders under £2,000 this service will cost £99. Your furniture will be pre-assembled and packaging removed and recycled. You may wish to opt for our curb side delivery service which will have your furniture delivered to your door for just £40. You will be responsible for the assembly of the furniture and disposal of the packaging All deliveries will be within 7-10 days, subject to availability.
Can I return my furniture?
In the unlikely event that you wish to return your furniture, Fair Furniture is happy to offer a 30-day returns policy. Please note an administrative fee, to cover any costs incurred as a result of your returned purchase, may be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be processed as soon as the product has been returned to our warehouse and has been thoroughly checked for any damage or quality issues. Fair Furniture can only issue refunds for items that are not damaged.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged, or if I have received the wrong item?
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You may contact us via telephone, live chat or email. We will ask you to send photographs and a description of the damage and we will then conduct a thorough investigation. If required, we will repair, replace, or refund your damaged item. If you receive an incorrect item, please report it to us as soon as possible and we will make arrangements for this to be returned and for the correct item to be sent to you.
